      flexible work hours, training opportunities

      not being very respected by hardware engineers and its management. very few team building events. it's hard to find colleagues at work.

      Pros

      The company is quite generous in giving out bonus when the company is having profit. Growth opportunity is there if you work hard.

      Cons

      I can't think of anything really bad about the company. If there is any downside, it is about the whole EDA industry. The market for EDA tools is not growing much, compared with other areas like the internet.
