Pros
Smart all all technical people, colleagues are helpful, strong management, good company culture.
Cons
Salary level has been frozen for too long. For a company that has many office locations around the world, this is not fair for many of these locations, including major RnD locations. Smart people who have higher aims and work diligently to demo their values are disappointed, and are leaving. I am definitely going to leave by mid of next year. And I am talking about people working at this company for at least 5 or 6 years who have significant contributions.
