      Pros

      work / life balance good compensation better opportunities It's rock solid company and has revenue confirmed for next four years due to prorated license model. You can always bet on it during downtime.

      Cons

      less communication poor HR team in Hyderabad, horrible food quality in the Hyderabad office, not much happening in Hyderabad

      Exec staff is stale. No fresh blood in many years. Has lead to myopia.

      Good environment Friendly management It's a global company so you get the feeling that you are doing something usefull. Clients include Nvidia, Toshiba, and other big players in semicon.

      Cons

      No travelling, Promotions are rare, Pay isn't as good as other companies People are not valued
