Pros
Benefits are pretty good, though they are now in downward trend for last few years. You get to work on real high-tech and challening stuff and get to see technology trends and ideas which will be in consumer hands few years from now. Company focused on stock price growth, let's see how it works out.
Cons
Company is becoming very miserly and stingy. 1% raises (after 3 years of freeze) on the year where we beat our goals and revenue targets handsomely shows where the focus is (yeah,, top guys get the cream). 25 years celeberation: a few glasses of wine, cheap party-hats and glasses from orientaltradingcompany.com ! Very top-heavy.
