      Challenging environment after acquisition

      Pros

      Suitable for people that want stability and consistency in their work (lots of people with more than 10 years service). The company has made and continues to make a number of acquisitions, so there is always lots of work for integration.

      Cons

      My original company was acquired and wasn't well integrated into Synopsys. The culture of the new company was not aligned with the original company and a lot of talent left as a result.

      Interesting problems. Good people to work with. Good compensation.

      Cons

      Really nothing of consequence. I wish the 401K match was a little better. The new Heath Savings Account is a little confusing.
