      Pros

      1. Work life balance 2. No micromanagement 3. Anytime come and go (work needs to be done) 4. Snacks are provided

      Cons

      1. Compensation is very bad 2. Layoffs after Ansys Aquisition and bad performance of the company. 3. If Company performs bad your hike cycle gets extended by 6 months and variable pay is reduce to 40-60%. If Company make good Profit nothing is shared with the employees. 4. Project bonus is not given , looks like all the manager and lead eats all, engineers are not given anything.. if lucky amazon coupon will be given. 5. Favouritism works here ( in few teams all managers are telugu and they prefer only telugu guy to join).

      Pros

      The company is full of nice people and there is lots of opportunity to learn. Great industry and SYnopsys is a clear leader.

      Cons

      There has been some recent instability, but that is probably to be expected after making such a huge acquisition.

      Cons

      Only EDA company in Sri Lanka. Hence in some teams the experience could not be reusable in some other company in Sri Lanka
