      Pros

      - Good work life balance. - Management is good for certain departments. - Helpful manager and supportive coworkers. - Flexible timing. - Hybrid Work Model (3 days work from office 2 days work from home).

      Cons

      - Pay and perks are inferior to those offered by rival MNCs. - Interferences from other departments are rampant, they should cease backbiting and keep to themselves instead of snooping over other people's affairs. - The canteen amenities need to be improved, such as the addition of coffee machines, a wider selection of snacks, and midday meals.

      The work culture of the company is great. All the staff members are supportive and always ready to help. Good option for freshers to learn the technical aspects and the admin as well as other staffs are always open to understand and resolve the queries.

      Canteen facilities is not so good.

      Pros

      Company give flexible working hours so employee can do work any time. Company provides hybrid system so it's the best think according to me. Culture of the company is very good and company always help their employee for learn new think and upcoming technology so you can grow your self. Synoptek have great management team and this team provide the best management system. According to me best think of this company is provide good salary compare to other companies.

      Cons

      Due to lost of project are in working mode so stressful to handle some time. as a senior developer or project manager it's you need to work in night time also because of client calls.
