They are a moderately sized company (now) that still thinks like a small company, meaning that there is limited bureaucracy and hierarchy to navigate when you are seeking something from others or proposing changes. The formality of the culture is more informal and free feeling. The growth of the company has vastly increased the range of business offerings that has also vastly increased the career opportunities.
Cons
Synoptek has been growing quickly by acquisitions of other smaller organizations so the integration of the new entity in to the existing entity can be a bit chaotic and seems disorganized.
