Flexible. Unlimited PTO if you think that is a pro. Great sales team and support

Cons

Management. Things have gone down hill fast since the new owners took over at the beginning of the year. We are turning into a mini Rackspace with all their old employees. Kind of lost the soul of Synoptek. No clear direction other than laying off people to cut cost. Don’t criticize HR or they will come after you.

Several positions available for consultants. Coworkers are great.

Cons

Salary is below industry average. Company is very profit driven. Lose a couple clients? Let go a couple people. My managers had to management experience. Always on employees about billable hours.
