      Pros

      Incredibly challenging work, smart people, hardworking culture, transparent and direct communication from the top down (which is refreshing) and a lot of work has gone into making sure there is a culture of ongoing feedback to employees and opportunities to be recognized. It isn't perfect, but you can tell HR and leaders care. Improved communication from leaders which shows they are listening to employees. Excited about our focus on AI and how we can make an impact on customers.

      Cons

      A lot of work and it can feel like there aren't enough resources at times. Need better tools and resources to streamline and optimize processes. Pay could always be more competitive, I think, for certain roles.
