Pros

Plenty of resources: the company offers a range of services from Infrastructure to managed services, or strategy consulting to software development and implementations. If you're looking to expand your domain of expertise, there are plenty of expertise for you to connect and work with.

Cons

The management is pretty bad; they're focused on driving sales and do a poor job of supporting the service teams. Too much focus on utilization and not enough on project success.

Good Launchpad for Experience, Questionable Mgt Decisions at times

Pros

Diverse pool of talent and decent exposure to various fields/industries with opportunities to grow and challenge yourself amongst others that share the same goals.

Cons

Leadership tend to overlook the real problems and only focus on the short-term options to try and resolve things. Questionable candidates were hired in leadership roles that only talked the talk but never walked the walk - leaving lots of burnout on the team and people quitting. HR claims to take care of the employee but like other reviews have mentioned - they are there to protect the company and do not act in your best interest. Pay was not competitive and did not adjust to how market rates really were and there was no gratitude given to people who had been there the longest. The shift to focus on hiring offshore in India has only made things worse as well and makes it harder to collaborate with limited US/India hours (someone is alwasy up early or has to stay up late, sometimes both).
