      Pros

      1. Great if you are starting your career in Tech field. Everyone will help you grow. 2. Lot of flexibility with regards to moving internally from one field/technology to another. 3. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Willing to help when needed.

      Cons

      Only con would say is, there is a room to grow for the company with regards to solutions that are offered to clients. More tech solutions would mean more experience that employees can gain on different technologies.

      Synoptek has some very capable consultants working for them I would work along side them again

      Cons

      Synoptek professes to care about employees but my experience with leadership and HR did not reflect the "values" they profess to exemplify.
