Synoptek’s security and compliance standards are exemplary and our adherence to the highest standards allow our customer to work with us with confidence.

      Like any large company we can be intimidating to navigate but we do everything necessary to understand our client's needs.

      ITAR is fading

      Pros

      Synoptek was an alright place to work. I was just put on a team supporting a customer with ITAR technicians, and that customer renewed with less expensive terms. I should have been simply moved to a different team, but the lack of work performance from being drowned out by the low volume customer got me laid off. It was a bummer of a way to go after so many years of service.

      Cons

      Management does not listen to feedback.
