Pros

Excellent HR Policies, like leave encashment on Gross salary, health/term insurance benefits on top of your CTC. Gratuity payable at any point in time. Management is very much approachable. HR is always there to help you with their monthly connects. Multiple department are there to switch you career within company.

Cons

No cons, just focus on getting new projects.

Snacks. If you’re entry level, take advantage of learning transferable skills while getting paid. Don’t recommend staying longer than a year though.

Cons

The people at the top make good money, everyone else is underpaid and overworked. If customers knew how adhoc the company was, it’d be underwater
