Pros
Great teams, professional engineers, capable staff and fairly positive management.
Cons
Customer's are always having some kind of fire or another, very little documentation or it's scattershot, finding the right team can be difficult, and there's a lot of "you'll just know this" work element. Very much a "drink from the firehose" mentality.
