Pros

Synoptek offers a great work life balance and promotes individual growth in your career. As a team member I feel heard, included and challenged. We celebrate our wins as a team, and encourage each other through the lows. I get to engage with many people across the globe daily, helping to solve problems, answer questions and help keep the company moving forward.

Cons

Synoptek is fast paced! I find it exciting and I like the challenge, not really a Con, but is something to think about.
