I started my Synoptek journey as a fresher an year ago , being a fresher where you have just entered the cooperate world settling down is a big task but after started working with Synoptek the support , guidance and most importantly the culture of the organisation played an important role in my career. The team experience is fabulous there is a friendly and supportive atmosphere all over the organisation. I have worked on several projects in the team , and I have learned that for Synoptek customer satisfaction and honesty is the key to success. I like to work in this organisation as there is an opportunity and the growth prospective attached along with the positive approach towards the things happening in the cooperate world as well as in the organisation. Synoptek focuses on there clients as well as on the employees for there further growth , which being an employee we want. Overall a great and the fantastic experience till date.
