Really good people but management needs help

There is a ton of talent, lots of great people. You will learn a lot. Plenty of flexibility to work remote.

Cons

Too many managers have never done the job they are managing. Top Executives get way too involved in not only day to day but task by task. Unable to deliver, poor project management and technical staff is way over worked. Hard time taking care of current clients and very little support provided to sales team for new prospects. Very little understanding of what it takes to hunt new logos.

Great teams, professional engineers, capable staff and fairly positive management.

Cons

Customer's are always having some kind of fire or another, very little documentation or it's scattershot, finding the right team can be difficult, and there's a lot of "you'll just know this" work element. Very much a "drink from the firehose" mentality.
