      Pros

      Working here has been a great experience for me. It has given me the ability to learn and grow as a valued team member and contribute to projects that I worked on. Co-workers and management are all friendly and no politics is there in the company (that is the best part :) ). I have worked with high profile customers and have grown professionally. I like working here because the work environment is very very employee friendly.

      Cons

      If you are a frequent job changer then this company is not for you. Because once you join it, you wont feel like changing the job.

      After working for a decade at Synoptek, I should share this review about the organization. It is my pleasure to get a chance to connect almost all teams throughout my working years. People treat each other like a family member & help technically, professionally, practically, emotionally, and sometimes personally as well. Working on various types of projects & with the different clients, I enjoy the work and keep enthusiasm to achieve the deadlines. With the tremendous support of cooperative colleagues and encouraging top-management, I have seen myself as grown here by earning many designations and still getting opportunities for further growth. Flexible hours, great teamwork, technically strong employees, skill upgradation training on regular basis, incremental wages and recreation events allow me to stay & complete one more decade here.
