Too many to list, but here are few Cons: The company initially offered a 6-month internship followed by full-time employment. After 6 months, we were unexpectedly told we would need to continue as interns for another 6 months. The bond period was extended from 2 years to 2.5 years without prior notice or agreement. The annual increment cycle has been pushed to every 2 years, again without prior communication. Interns are expected to work weekends and even night shifts, which is highly unprofessional and exploitative. All of these changes and demands are justified by the management by claiming "we don't have business," while still expecting full-time-level commitment.
