      Team members who WANT to grow here, grow. Things aren't handed out to you, but when you work hard at this organization you are seen and rewarded through additional projects, new work, more exposure to the business and promotions. Organization has also created a very flexible workplace during the pandemic - trusting employees to perform at the same high level as always in a remote work environment.

      Cons

      Company is lacking a little in true leadership at the executive level. They need a driver - or someone who can look out for the organization as a whole versus focusing wholly on Sales/Client Engagements.
