      "I've been with Synoptek for five years as a Systems Engineer in the Server Engineering team, and it's been a very positive experience. I primarily handle server, cloud, and VMware solutions for our clients. Flexible work timings are a significant benefit, allowing for a healthy work-life balance. The leave encashment policy is a valuable perk that shows the company values its employees. I've consistently experienced good leadership that is supportive and encouraging.

      Cons

      The lack of an insurance policy for parents is a notable drawback, as many other corporate companies offer this benefit.
