Be on your own to learn things and seek growth.

Cons

Realistic picture - politics, unprofessional, biasness, underpaid, proprietary atmosphere, no growth. A few departments like Marketing and Sales in India are pathetic; resources are forced to follow team heads and unethical activities. No US culture, and no professionalism. Old employees rule and never let their team mates grow. Would never recommend joining this company - there are far better options in the market.

The team I work with is awesome. There are a lot of very smart technical folks here that are willing to work hard and do what it takes to keep customers happy.

Cons

Many senior management decisions are questionable. There are too many turf wars between some of the teams. Backstabbing has become something of an art form.
