Excellent HR Policies, like leave encashment on Gross salary, health/term insurance benefits on top of your CTC. Gratuity payable at any point in time. Management is very much approachable. HR is always there to help you with their monthly connects. Multiple department are there to switch you career within company.

Cons

No cons, just focus on getting new projects.

Company give flexible working hours so employee can do work any time. Company provides hybrid system so it's the best think according to me. Culture of the company is very good and company always help their employee for learn new think and upcoming technology so you can grow your self. Synoptek have great management team and this team provide the best management system. According to me best think of this company is provide good salary compare to other companies.

Cons

Due to lost of project are in working mode so stressful to handle some time. as a senior developer or project manager it's you need to work in night time also because of client calls.
