      Pros

      The people are awesome - very family like atmosphere. The owner Doug Dunlap treats everyone with respect and is very generous. We receive a yearly bonus and raise. The better the company does - the better the raise! The company is growing and hiring new positions!

      Cons

      I wish I had and more vacation time.

      Pros

      Leading in Industry Great Benefits Technology Driven Bonus Pay as long as I have been employed Always looking forward for new and better products

      Cons

      Can be stressful especially within certain departments. Recently Raises have been reduced without an understanding why.

      Pros

      Great work-life balance. Work environment is pretty laid back. Great benefits! The company takes very good care of their employees. Annual bonuses + Annual raises

      Cons

      Not much room for growth. They'd rather hire from outside of the organization and not promote from within which means if you're already in a position prepare to be there for a very long time. Time off is somewhat limited if you work in the call center. Some managers tend to micro-manage.
