Loyal to employees, trustworthy, financially stable, family-friendly environment, best companies to work for "Florida Trend", good company-wide events. On-site fully equipped gym.

Cons

Sometimes the environment could be perceived as too relaxed. Communication could be somewhat improved betwee management and employees on a regular basis

Pros

Good work life balance Relaxed atmosphere with no time line or deadline pressure. Since they are the leader in fuel management space, deadlines are not that strict Good benefits package.

Cons

No proper opportunities for growth. They use old technologies and the senior management does not have any proper direction on moving in the technology space. You will be doing the same stuff even if you stay for 5-10 years.

We are so glad you enjoy the atmosphere here at Syntech. We strive to keep a good work-life balance. We are in the process of doing a complete technological update on our FUELMASTER system. We are expecting big changes in 2015 and big rewards for the company and our employees!
