      Pros

      Family friendly company that cares about employees. Plenty of opportunity to grow and find the perfect position. Competitive salaries for this market. Consistent annual bonuses and raises. Company events are amazing. Work environment is very collaborative and supportive. Good balance between flexibility and productivity.

      Cons

      Could be more proactive in product marketing and innovation. Limited management opportunities due to the size of the company, but there are still many opportunities for leadership and growth.

      While we are happy that you had a good experience with your company, it was not Syntech Systems in Tallahassee, FL. We do not have any Business Analysts out of India nor any who were employed here for less than a year. All of our BSA's work here in Tallahassee and have been with us for several years.
