      Good pay, benefits. Took the COVID threat seriously, and acted quickly and decisively.

      Not too many. This is one of the best places I've ever worked.

      Great company working torward exciting mission Collaboration across teams (software, hardware, embedded, marketing, sales, AE...) are fantastic Lots of opportunity to learn new things and challenge oneself Management is encouraging and respectful Nice office (lots of snacks) in nice city

      Pros

      - supportive and open senior management team - collaborative environment. Hardware ,software/ML, embedded, AE, marketing, sales, ... teams work very closely together. - Senior engineers take time to help more junior and new engineers to assimilate faster and come up to speed quickly - New ideas and out-of-the box thinking are encouraged - Frequent opportunities for team members to socialize over lunch, pingpong, etc.

      Cons

      Lots of demand from customers, marketing, sales which is a good thing ... however, it puts stress on ability to maintain a balance between supporting short term needs and longer term innovations
