Pros

Pay and benefits are good, but for the hours it's not enough.

Cons

Bad management. Horrible, unrealistic work load. Careless scheduling. They pretty much expect you to be available every hour of the day. They see "only" being able to work 12 hours because you have plans after work as unreasonable.
