Long work hours, trailers often loaded to drivers inconvenience, potential 16+ hour days with no help. No growth opportunities

Deliveries are all over the place structure wise no form of organization on pallets what so ever

The drivers are awesome people to get along with

Start time is 5:30am and always been leaving the yard between 8am to even 10am which is disappointing because we already work hard to unload the whole trailer and with late starts makes it even worse which means you would get off really late...
