Great people to work with as colleagues. Very team oriented.

Pros

I liked management to a point but they tend to be so busy there is little interaction with them. Coworkers are usually kind and always willing to help. Little time in an office setting.

Cons

They cut our Pay with little notice less than 30% of people are able to hit the impossible quota that is more luck driven than anything else and a majority of. You are on call and expected to take calls 24/7 even on the weekends. It takes many departments days to weeks to get back to you so solving problems for customers can be really stressful.
