Pros

Easy application, Allot of overtime. Simple learning process to get started into the Job. Friendly coworkers and Supervisors. Nice breaks and lunch break periods with a break room including plenty of microwaves, drinking fountain, fridge and freezer, sink, and coffee dispenser.

Cons

Its a physically demanding job but you are rushed to meet company rates that can be demanding especially for beginners. The long hours make it difficult to have mental vigilance in maintaining picking accuracy. The warehouse is a bit cramped and small for the ambitious company goals but they are working on growing the warehouse space. Shelves have many items that are hard to reach (im 6 ft tall). Item placements and shelving make it difficult to reach company goals and in some cases safety standards.

Pros

Autonomy and independence to build your own business.

Cons

Seniority will get all the big leads and always having to deal with delivery issues which leads to bad work/life balance. Example, deliveries would arrive late at night or late during the weekend.
