Pros

There are no pros to comment on. Treatment at this corporation(especially the Detroit facility)is at it's very best is abysmal!

Cons

Management that act like infants when dealing with employees. Workers who are injured on the job are sent to third rate medical care, and when they seek second opinions, they are treated like criminals.

Poor management and pay. Merit raises are less than inflation on average across corporate employees.

There are no pros for working for this company.

Cons

Took the position and it was converted to a call enter position shortly after. If I had known it was a call center position requiring weekend work I would not have taken the position
