Awful.

Pros

Good wages to start off.

Cons

Warehouse managers typically had zero actual work experience before starting (new college graduates). Turn over was high, work with other lazy people which made the days much longer. No room for advancement. Union was worthless to be a part of, yet you had to join and flush your dues down the drain.
