Pros

As a publicly traded corporation, the company offers competitive compensation and benefits that align with market standards, making it attractive to high-performing professionals.

Cons

Tenure and institutional knowledge are not consistently recognized or rewarded, which is impacting long-term employee engagement. Labor relations have been strained, with ongoing union challenges that suggest deeper organizational tensions. Leadership under the current CEO is marked by a highly involved, top-down management style that has led to diminished morale across teams. While the company remains financially strong, cultural and operational improvements are necessary.

Tons of help with Managers and team members

Cons

Pricing issues. (Sysco is the most expensive broad liner on 80% of products. Sooo much of your time is spent on price adjustments.
