Most non operations roles are at least partially remote. Immediate leaders are great,

Company culture has drastically changed since the change of CEO in 2020, People have been deprioritized, The culture is now so cut throat and there is no loyalty to anyone with tenure, If you have been with this company for longer than 7-10 years it almost feels like they are actively trying to get rid of you either by layoff or by making daily life so miserable that you leave the company on your own,

Pay was great. Plenty of work. Great co-workers.

Cons

Careless management, extremely poor equipment. Major DOT violations. 14 days of nonstop back breaking labor. Non existing home and family time. Dispatch literally hates the drivers.
