Pros

Great people to work with, flexible work schedule, great benefits and discount on stock purchases, great support from upper management.

Cons

Constantly changing direction, more expectations and initiatives expected to be executed in the same amount of time, departments have different objectives and do not work cohesively.

Extreme focus on bottom line has compromised commitment to valuable employees. Not a strong team culture.

Long hours, physically demanding with a steep learning curve. First two years are hard but gradually gets easier with time and experience.
