Pros

Good pay, insurance and union.

Cons

Poor Management, Lack of communication between dispatch, drivers and routing. They work you to death. Warehouse doesnt know how to properly organize a trailer so half your time at a stop is spent undoing what they’ve done. They switch your schedule around every week and switch you to different routes so every day you’re going to a business you’ve never been before which eats up the very limited time they give you. They do not route you with breaks or lunches in mind so plan on being late on all of your back half stops if you take time for yourself! Terrible company i would never work for again. Not enough money in the world to make me go back.
