Work conditions

Pros

Besides being a union employee and the union rep doing everything he can to help. I can’t name a pro.

Cons

Bad management. Poor work conditions. Set up for failure from the beginning. Poor pay for the work. Plan on 6 day work weeks with 60+ hours until holidays then u are lucky to achieve 40 working 6 days. Management will be your friend until they are not.
