Pros

They used to have decent free lunches

Cons

High turnover due to lack of good leadership. There is no knowledge transfer. You will not get any training yet the expectation is that you perform at 100%. Lack of accountability at the management level.

Pros

Flexibility was great. Innovative company. Great products I was proud to stand behind.

Cons

Hours were long and unpredictable. Trucks were always late and breaking down. Technology was unreliable. Management was useless.

A lot of overtime if you like ot

Cons

Long days with 10+ routes and no helper No equipment to take with you at times Management doesn't care for anybody but themselves
