Pros

Decent pay. Expectations are set pretty low so easy to meet. Giant company so plenty of room for opportunities (if allowed).

Cons

Terrible work environment. Culture is a mess. Very little care or pride in leadership, values and the work in general. The union has its hand in everything so proper accountability for under performing or down right awful employees is non existent. Supervisors, managers and directors are blackballed when trying to advance or transfer into warehouses with better culture and work environments.
