There are no good reasons

Cons

Constantly lying to salesforce by management Get paid lowest in industry even though we’re are supposedly the biggest and best Work life balance is non existent they expect you to work till 10pm every day and 7 days a week No support Bonus system is completely unattainable even though they said we expect everyone to max bonus every month Snake oil salesman for CEO Changed insurance from Blue Cross to Aetna because he worked for CVS and they suck

Benefits are less than average and getting worse every year

Cons

They talk work life balance but their demands are 7 days a week They are constantly overcharging customers and giving terrible service

Free gym Pay is good with time

Cons

No work life balance. Will get treated like trash by management. Dangerous work environment.
