      Dedicated coworkers who work long hours at local operating site. This review is not about corporate.

      Cons

      Long hours with no advancement, no work/life balance but leadership believes employees have it, poor leadership, punitive leaders, problems never resolved, reactive leadership, out of touch leadership

      Not enough equipment for employees Long hours 12-17hr shifts are not unheard of Management is incompetent Serious favoritism throughout the warehouse
