      Changing Employer

      Pros

      I found the working environment ok. My managers were all easy to work for. I was not micromanaged. The company has a matching 401K.

      Cons

      Sysco is a changing employer. More compartmentalized tasks to improve productivity. Some changes are painful but the company feels it necessary to grow the bottom line.

      Pros

      Benefits package was decent, due to union.

      Cons

      You will always be paid less than you're worth You are infinitely replaceable You will be overworked, especially if you are capable, because most people in management were promoted due to nepotism and have no actual talent

      They accept cdl graduates Good to build experience It’s local Morning shifts only

      Cons

      The pay hourly was great but they don’t want you doing overtime. Poor professionalism at the New Orleans location. They use you to there advantage
