      Established company Buying power opportunity to move and grow

      lower salaries since covid 19 impossible bonus structure very impersonal and passive aggressive companywide management style HR is there purely to protect company, not employees No loyalty to anyone who has any semblance of character or personality - if you aren't going to get in line for your crumbs you will never ever see any growth. You will be met with hostility no matter how much you offer your time and hard work. NO success is enough. It's even worse as a woman - and I never pull that card.
