Pros

The benefits are reasonable and there are some good people who work there. The pay is average for the industry.

Cons

Drivers can make a good paycheck, but at the cost of your back and sacrificing your personal life. Sysco only cares about hitting their numbers, and reporting misconduct via their "Ethics Hotline" is a joke. They cut service time on the routes and over-cube the trailers on a daily basis. Reporting it *with proof* does nothing to change the toxic directive. Transportation blames the warehouse; the warehouse blames transportation; sales blames transportation and the warehouse. It's a bunch of finger pointing all around. There is a high rate of turnover for a reason.
