Pros

Great supervisors and managers. They know how to respect and appreciate their employees and they let you know. They are closed Saturdays. All of your equipment is only used by you, you’re allowed to lock it with key. And your other equipment can stay in your locker. They always have fresh fruit and drinks for you in the break room. They try to give you free food as much as they can for special occasions, events, or for appreciation.

Cons

You have to wait almost two months for your benefits to be available. You have to pay wait 90 days for any days off. The orders are extremely big compared to other companies and not enough time given. The schedule is not set and you won’t know your days off till the current week ends. A lot of back pain due to the intensity of the work compared to other warehouse's.

Pros

Large company with many different segments that can potentially allow you to try different career opportunities.

Cons

Leaders attempting to meet stockholders demands, rather than focusing on the business being delivered.
