Pros

Can manipulate schedule the way that you want it. Immediate boss does a good job of being there for you. Can be good money

Cons

Bad upper management. Most haven't been in sales for at least 15-20 years and have no idea how the market is. Unrealistic expectations.

Pros

Free food, good benefits, the bathrooms were always clean

Cons

Very unprofessional. The managers yell quite often due to poor leadership. They have no formal training on how to deal with co-workers and employees and it shows. Goals are often enforced with no explanation or support on how to meet them.Management support in problem solving is lacking.
