The job that I signed up for I actually like. Interacting with people and managing my team.

Cons

The manager and director at my location have no idea what the f they are doing. Their failure to communicate time and time again will make you want to eat barb wire. Changes are made to your schedule without notice and on the fly, emergencies happen but knowing something needed to be covered for over a month and then giving someone a day notice IS NOT AN EMERGENCY. They fail to train employees on all aspects of the operation which means that when one person calls in there is a high potential for problems.
