Disappointed and Disheartened – Zero Consideration for Family Emergencies or Milestones
Pros
The money is okay but certainly not worth missing the important milestones in your family's life.
Cons
My husband has worked with this company for several years and is the most senior person in his area. Despite giving plenty of notice about our daughter's graduation — a once-in-a-lifetime milestone — the company made no accommodations to ensure he could attend. He asked in advance, hoping they'd lighten his day, shift the trailer, or allow him to finish the remaining stops the next day. Instead, he was left with radio silence, and now he’s likely going to miss this important moment in our family's life. This isn’t the first time they’ve shown a lack of humanity. A few years ago, our three-year-old son was rushed to the emergency room with head trauma. Multiple doctors stood over him assessing the damage, and my husband had to miss work — understandably so. The company didn’t even pay him for the day. At this point, it's clear: employees are just numbers. There’s no loyalty, no empathy, and certainly no support for the very people who keep the business running day in and day out. It's heartbreaking to watch someone give so much and get absolutely nothing in return — not even a basic show of understanding during personal emergencies. If you're considering working here, ask yourself: how much are you willing to sacrifice, and how much will they actually care when it counts?
